THE CELL SYSTEM
QTP has developed a system for the manufacture of Cells.
The Quickcell system is a method of manufacturing precast components for the building industry facilitating faster offsite assembly of components and as such additional cost savings to the consumer.
The system accomodates an economical and efficient method to manufacture precast concrete elements that comply with requirements for complexe structural designs, while concurrently providing an aesthetically attractive appearance.
Applications for this system include, amongst other things, construction of individual rooms (or cells) for:
- Hotels,
- Motels, and
- High Class Appartment Buildings (see below).
The degree of diversity in application for the Cell-Manufacturing System (sample below) becomes evident when utilised in the production of the precast components of such five star residential buildings such as that illustrated in the image at the top of this page.
